Best for users who prefer a secure, mechanical connection. The liner locks into the prosthetic socket using a distal pin—ideal for maximum stability and confidence.
*Note: Our locking liners use industry-standard threading (M10), compatible with most major brand pins. Pin not included.

How to Measure:
Measure the circumference of your residual limb 5 cm (2 inches) above the distal end. Use a flexible measuring tape for a snug fit.

I should have got a 6m
I can not get this liner to hold any suction on my AK prosthesis.
Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a technical detail regarding above-knee (AK) prosthetic systems to help you and other users get the best performance.
AK prostheses require a completely airtight seal to create and maintain suction. A standard Cushion (or even Locking) gel liner by itself cannot hold suction without an external suspension method. To achieve a proper vacuum/suction fit with this liner, you will need to use it in combination with an external prosthetic gel sleeve (which rolls over the outside of the socket and attaches to your thigh) and a properly functioning one-way expulsion valve on your socket.
If you are not using an external sleeve, air will inevitably leak into the socket, causing the suction to fail. We highly recommend checking your current suspension setup or consulting with your prosthetist. Our team is also always here to guide you to the right setup for your mobility needs!
Great fit
Good quality liner it seems, just got it Sizing seems a little small, will be seeing about one size larger. So far so good, only had a few days.
I been needing liners for yrs !! Had my wife order 2 & they was wrong size but I ended up ordering 2 & im💯 happy !! Instead of her getting a refund I told her just to swap out for my size !! Feels awesome to be comfortable again !!!Thank y'all
