1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume sales periods or holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options for all domestic orders within the United States.

💡 Free Shipping Eligibility: Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout to all US orders with a subtotal of $69 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a Tracking Number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@easestride.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may take slightly longer than the standard 3–5 business days.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
EaseStride is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos.

Reach out to our support team immediately at info@easestride.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement.
6. Incorrect Address Correction
Please review your shipping address carefully during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately; once a package leaves our facility, we cannot alter the delivery path.
